Antelope are not your typical recruitment business; in fact, we broke the Recruitment Agency mould!

Back in 2015, we decided that we wanted to do things a little differently in the recruitment world. To provide a bespoke service, a personal touch and to invest ourselves in your business the way you do.
The Antelope team combines years of commercial success and consultancy services across a wide range of sectors, from Blue Chip to small family run businesses.

Our backgrounds and industry experience are equally as impressive, we combine Recruitment and Talent Management, HR, Learning and Development, Board Level Operations, Business Ownership, Construction and Finance – so we know the daily headaches of a business. More importantly, we know what a good team and a good recruitment campaign looks like.
